Shipping, Returns, Refunds and Exchange Policy
How to return an item
Your item to be returnedmust be unusedand in its original undamaged packaging, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.
1. Please email admin@beckermotors.co.ukto request a refund and we will assign you a returns number.
2. Return the item to:

3. Include in your package a signed letter quoting the returns number, stating the reason for your return and the original invoice or delivery note.
4. It is your responsibility to ensure the item is returned via a registered method giving you proof of delivery. Becker will accept no responsibility for items not received.
Restocking Fee
Allstock items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. If an item is special order there may be an increase in the restocking fee which will be stated at the time the returns number is generated. The original shipping and handling charge paid on the order will not be refunded.
Exchanges
If your item is new and unused, you may return it for credit against a further purchase or exchange it for an alternative product / colour. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case (unless the item is subject of a special order), but you still will have to pay return shipping and carriage out of the new item.
Shipping Policy
Turnaround
We aim to ship all stock items on the day of purchase if ordered before 2pm with the exception of some special application products and roller assemblies.

We currently use the following carriers to ship our orders

- UK Mail
- Royal Mail
Order Tracking
If a tracking number is provided by the carrier this will be made available to you upon request. Please note that orders shipped via Royal Mail may not have a tracking number.

Carriage Costs
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your geographical location.
Back orders
If an item goes on back order we will notify you as soon as possible. The order will be retained until such time as all of the parts are available. We will only ship you the part of order that is in stock if requested to do so, but you may become liable for additional shipping costs.
